The Successful candidates will enter into an 18 month Learnership Agreement. All selected employees will be expected to commit to a work-back agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Line manager\/supervisor\u2019s recommendation letter is compulsory for participation<\/li>\n<li>Must be able and willing to work through theoretical learning component and follow schedules and process for practical learning to obtain qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend classroom training.<\/li>\n<li>Complete practical assignments in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Portfolio of Evidence for assessment and moderation.<\/li>\n<li>Display keen interest in self \u2013 development and commitment to successfully complete the learning
