From these spaces we run a range of projects focused on ecotourism, youth development and environmental management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Durban<\/p>\n<p>The purpose is to implement a diverse, highly targeted marketing strategy for the organization and effectively position Green Corridors work and tourism products in the market place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing an organization wide marketing strategy with a focus on online marketing activity<\/li>\n<li>Management and coordination of the Green Corridors brand and all external communications relating to Green Corridors areas of work<\/li>\n<li>Support Green Corridors fundraising, sponsorships and events related activities<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with Green Corridors staff and management around key messaging, newsworthy stories, blog content and media releases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A full job description will be made available to shortlisted candidates.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management and marketing or communications experience, ideally in the non-profit sector<\/li>\n<li>Hold a diploma, or university business degree, specializing in marketing (or equivalent four-year portfolio of experience)<\/li>\n<li>Have broad experience with all forms of media, publicity &amp; communications<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to find inexpensive solutions to problems and unique angles to growing organic marketing reach<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work with diverse groups of people and the diverse activities within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Have a working knowledge of the following technical skills,<\/li>\n<li>Graphic design software packages<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Joomla or WordPress CMS,<\/li>\n<li>Google Adwords &amp; Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Facebook Adverts &amp; Facebook Pixels<\/li>\n<li>Basic use of Cpanel or similar server environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for this position, please submit a CV with portfolio of experience as well as a one page motivation highlighting your personal strengths and skills as well as contact details of at least three traceable referees to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:vacancies@durbangreencorridor.co.za\">vacancies@durbangreencorridor.co.za<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 26 July, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Green Corridors is a Durban based social-purpose, nonprofit and impact-focused organization that aims to see communities thrive in balance with the habitats around them.\u00a0Green Corridors co-creates open spaces in key\u00a0areas&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[182,30],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
