\nA combination of Privacy, Legal and Regulatory concerns has moved Identity & Access Management (IDA) to the Top-Ten IT priorities being addressed by enterprises today. As a result, IDC has identified IDA as one of the fastest growing enterprise markets – growing at a CAGR of 20% from $3.5B in 2007 to $6B+ by 2010. IDA is Microsoft\u2019s strategic platform for winning this business and we are looking for the right people who want to win and have fun doing it.<\/p>\n
Microsoft\u2019s IDA strategy is built around five solution areas: Directory Services (Active Directory- AD), Strong Authentication (Certificate Services\/PKI – ADCS), Federated Identity (Active Directory Federation Services – ADFS), Information Protection (Rights Management Services – RMS), and Identity Life Cycle Management (Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 – ILM). RMS & ILM are premium offerings and the remaining are platform elements that are part of Windows Server.<\/p>\n
As IDA Sales Professional , you will be responsible for closing Identify and Access Management sales within Microsoft\u2019s Enterprise customer base to exceed quota, work with key partners of the IDA ecosystem on sales support and help grow the adoption of this exciting portfolio of technologies. As part of an extended account team, you will partner with colleagues across the Microsoft product spectrum to establish account strategies and assure adoption of IDA and work as a team to close solution sales.<\/p>\n
Key requirements and activities in this role include:<\/p>\n
A minimum of 7 years experience in Enterprise software sales, enterprise consulting or an equivalent and a track record of exceeding revenue and corporate goals
\nDemonstrated experience engaging the CxO in a sales process
\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required.
\nUnderstanding of the broad information security landscape and related technologies
\nUnderstanding of the Systems Management landscape in the Market (System Center,CA,HP)
\nUnderstanding of Private Cloud\/Public Cloud solutions is a plus
\nUnderstanding of LDAP, Active Directory, PKI, RMS
\nDemonstrated solution sales experience
\nUnderstanding of regulatory compliance e.g. GLB; FDIC; SOX; HIPAA
\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment
\nAbility to work in a team environment
\nBachelor\u2019s degree; MBA highly desirable<\/p>\n
