For more than 20 years we have partnered with investors to achieve sustainable social impact for today and for generations to come.<\/p>\n<p>Tshikululu views social investment as any financial commitment, be it grantmaking or impact investing, that seeks to drive, enable and measure social impact, which it does by partnering with our clients, developmental agencies and other collaborative partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: \u00a0Client Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is to\u00a0provide and manage that quality services and effective social investment strategies are delivered to Tshikululu\u2019s Fund Management clients in a manner that ensures client satisfaction.\u00a0 This is to be achieved through managing the implementation of client fund strategies, managing the client relationships effectively and delivering high impact social investment value.\u00a0 The Client Relationship Specialist is the primary interface between Tshikululu and its Fund Management clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client Fund Strategy<\/li>\n<li>\u200bDevelop specific client strategies that align to and enhances clients\u2019 social investment and business strategic objectives by facilitating and participating in strategy development meetings with relevant specialists and the Cost Accountant, engaging with clients on their needs, drafting strategies that align client needs with sector opportunities, submitting for approval and distributing within SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the approved strategies by following implementation policy and procedure, measuring delivery in line with objectives, tracking progress monthly and delivering according to deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve challenges that impact on the ability for client strategies to be delivered by identifying challenge, developing a solution and resolving when required.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and report on impact of implemented strategies by gathering required research, collating, analysing and reporting by agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Present strategy successes and failures and implement lessons learnt from other strategy implementations by developing and attending presentations, implementing lessons, sharing and tracking information and implementing improvements monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement strategies that support the Tshikululu Industry leadership and innovation strategy by implementing industry expertise and innovation into client fund management strategies, applying good practise, sourcing new information and applying insights and learning from previous experience to deliver industry leading strategies on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualifications and Experience<\/li>\n<li>Honours Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Commerce or similar (Master\u2019s degree is preferred).<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of senior client relationship\/account management experience<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years developing and implementing operational programmes and solutions in SCR, CSR or Transformation experience is required<\/li>\n<li>KEY INTERACTIONS \/ RELATIONSHIPS<\/li>\n<li>Client Portfolio Manager<\/li>\n<li>Clients<\/li>\n<li>Specialist Services Manger<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and Research Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preference will be given to South African citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Appointments will be made in line with Tshikululu\u2019s Employment Equity plan and other required legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates with disability are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Tshikululu Social Investments will not be liable interview travel cost or relocation cost.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right not to proceed with the filling of the post advertised.<\/p>\n<p>An application will not in itself, entitle the applicant to an interview.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that you meet the above requirements before you apply.<\/p>\n<p>Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Please email your applications to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@tshikululu.org.za\">careers@tshikululu.org.za<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Sunday, 25 August, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tshikululu Social Investments is South Africa\u2019s leading social investment manager.
