The project activities will be implemented in Mpumalanga (Ehlanzeni district) and Eastern Cape provinces. (OR Tambo and Buffalo City Metro districts). As such we seek to employ the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Head-Office in Pretoria<\/p>\n<p>Remuneration:\u00a0\u200bWill be based on the government DPSA rate (Level 9, notch 6) for similar positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish strong working relationships with key district and facility Managers dealing with Monitoring &amp; Evaluation \/Information management, and programmes supported to facilitate effective collaboration, information sharing and communication<\/li>\n<li>Develop district M&amp;E plan and support district M&amp;E Teams<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the improvement of Health Information Systems (HIS), M&amp;E activities, Data Quality with the district DOH and facilities\u00a0by undertaking visits to district\/facilities as needed to support and\/or mentor data collection\/collation or verify data quality or carry out spot checks\/views<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis, consolidation and interpretation, as required for programme support and also for performance reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of TIER TB Module ion the districts supported.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in meetings and workshops related to health information\/M&amp;E at district and facility level and report on progress of activities<\/li>\n<li>Conducting training and capacity building to data capturers and other programme staff<\/li>\n<li>Document best practices, trends and success stories<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs and assist M&amp;E Manager prepare monthly and annual project performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Any other M&amp;E related tasks to be delegated by the Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An appropriate degree in Public Health, Social, Statistics, Information or in related\/relevant field<\/li>\n<li>An additional qualification in M&amp;E will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in monitoring and evaluation with substantial experience in public health and monitoring and evaluation capacity building<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of public health programmes<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge and experience in Health information management systems and policies<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate experience in performing data analysis and interpreting results correctly<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MS software packages and databases<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills particularly in spreadsheets and data analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Email cover letter and CV to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@aquity.org\">info@aquity.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>before the 05th of September 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Thursday, 5 September, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AQUITY Innovations NPC, a Section 21 South African-based registered not-for-profit organization, was established in 2010.\u00a0 Our mission is to promote access to quality health and social services through innovations and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>AQUITY\u00a0Latest Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
