Step 3: Successful CVs screened and shortlisted
\n<\/strong>Do you make \u201cFirst Draft?\u201d\u00a0\u00a0You will be contacted via email\/sms to let you know of the progress of your application.<\/p>\nStep 4: Regional Assessments
\n<\/strong>Shortlisted candidates will be assessed during the month of August.<\/p>\nStep 5: Assessment Centres<\/strong><\/p>\nSuccessful applicants will go through a two day panel interview and final round of psychometric assessment.<\/p>\n
These will take place during the period of September-October.<\/p>\n
Step 6: Reference Checking<\/strong><\/p>\nBefore an offer of employment is made, reference and background checks are performed. Make sure you have the permission of your referees as SAB will be contacting them for referrals.<\/p>\n
Step 7: Offer of Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\nFinal offers will be sent out to selected candidates for placement by latest 26 October 2012 and letters of regret to those poor guys who get \u201cshafted\u201d instead of \u201cdrafted.\u201d Just joking.<\/p>\n
