{"id":48987,"date":"2019-09-09T19:09:46","date_gmt":"2019-09-09T17:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=48987"},"modified":"2019-09-09T19:18:28","modified_gmt":"2019-09-09T17:18:28","slug":"the-tshwane-leadership-foundation-tlf-recent-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/the-tshwane-leadership-foundation-tlf-recent-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"The\u00a0Tshwane Leadership Foundation (TLF)\u00a0Recent Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Tshwane Leadership Foundation (TLF)\u00a0works with churches and communities for urban transformation with a specific focus on social inclusion \u2013 a process that integrates socially vulnerable people creatively and prevents displacement as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrator for Akanani<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Compiling and writing of reports, minutes etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day running of the office<\/li>\n<li>Implement and\/ or develop record\/ statistics keeping methods<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Project Coordinator in terms of administration work<\/li>\n<li>Support the rest project team with administration work<\/li>\n<li>Provide administration work for the Tshwane Homelessness Forum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid drivers license would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in administration work<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work with homeless communities<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent computer literacy skills<\/li>\n<li>Being flexible and adaptable to situations.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual and dependable..<\/li>\n<li>Competencies:<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communications skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse ages and cultures.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual and dependable.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders in the community.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and communications skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contractual arrangements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). The successful candidate will receive an initial 6 months performance-based contract in line with the organizational policy.
