Its aim is to empower communities to develop new generations of productive citizens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Report Writer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Hyde Park<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Fundraising Manager<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to support the development team with report writing<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing Standard Reporting Templates for the Development Team<\/li>\n<li>Gathering of information for report writing<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and completion of the minimum number of reports a week \u2013 the minimum number of reports per week will be determined by the total number of reports due per month<\/li>\n<li>Management of the donor report schedule and ensuring that Development Executives receive donor reports timeously<\/li>\n<li>Working constantly to improve donor report templates<\/li>\n<li>Working constantly to improve the quality\u00a0 and content of Afrika Tikkun donor reports<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc Administrative support as required by the Fundraising Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years or more experience in Administration and Communications or similar<\/li>\n<li>A tertiary qualification preferably in Development, Administration communication degree.<\/li>\n<li>Information gathering for report writing<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<li>Accurate data capturing<\/li>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative and develop innovative solutions to challenges<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the NGO\/NPO\/Development Sector an advantage<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills, an ability to handle various tasks and provide support to team members.<\/li>\n<li>Research, data gathering and management of donor information<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are requested to email their CV to at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:estert@afrikatikkun.org\">estert@afrikatikkun.org<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or alternatively fax application details to 086\u00a0668 0542.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 13 September, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afrika Tikkun is an international nonprofit organisation\u00a0that provides education, health and social services to children, youth and their families through centres of excellence in South African Townships.
