{"id":49107,"date":"2019-09-17T09:02:57","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T07:02:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=49107"},"modified":"2019-09-16T17:16:03","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T15:16:03","slug":"habitat-for-humanity-south-africa-recent-available-employment-opportunity-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/habitat-for-humanity-south-africa-recent-available-employment-opportunity-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Habitat for Humanity South Africa Recent Available Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Habitat for Humanity South Africa is non- profit organisation breaking the cycle of poverty through participatory development, advocacy and awareness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Fundraising and Office Administrator (Intern)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong> Johannesburg in Habitat For Humanity office.<br \/>\n<strong>Stipend:<\/strong> R 6000.00 per month<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months internship<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the fundraising department and Johannesburg office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with compiling donor paperwork such as MOUs<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with follow up\u2019s on donor\u2019s outstanding payments of invoices<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with compiling vendor vetting registrations for -suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with follow up to donors outstanding signed MOU\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>First point of contact in the department<\/li>\n<li>Assisting Fundraising department and keep track of accurate donor information for all participating donors<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with distribution of GV and Corporates info Packs<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising with distributions of certificates for Corporate volunteers and GV teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist Fundraising department with donor email communications distributions for all events and promotion<\/li>\n<li>General provide administrative support to the office of Johannesburg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A graduate degree in fundraising or related field<\/li>\n<li>Willingness learn practical experience on fundraising activities<\/li>\n<li>MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to uphold and promote Habitat\u2019s Christian Value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates must send their CVs with covering letter attached, certified copies their qualifications and other relevant documents to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@habitat.org.za\">recruitment@habitat.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Contact will only be made with shortlisted candidate.
