Amangwe Village (an NPO based in KwaMonambi, which is ~30km north of Richard&#8217;s Bay) invites applications for the post of Amangwe Village Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring the operational sustainability of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Initiating new projects for the empowerment and development of communities<\/li>\n<li>Management of existing programmes and projects<\/li>\n<li>Financial accountability for the planning and resource mobilisation of all funding<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with funders: Corporate, National and Government Departments<\/li>\n<li>Lead and Manage Amangwe staff and social workers<\/li>\n<li>Supervise casework interventions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS REQUIRED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Degree in Social Work<\/li>\n<li>Registration with South African Council for Social Service Professions is essential<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years Leadership and Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Any other business qualification would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s licence is essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in HIV\/AIDS or Community Development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Manage\u00a0 budgets and the financial sustainability of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Strong networking and marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to compile comprehensive business\/funding proposals<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (MS Office: Word; Excel; Powerpoint &amp; Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Manage logistical operations of the organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Send a concise CV with copies of qualifications and registration to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Erna Steynberg<br \/>\ne-mail:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:manager@amangwe.org.za\">manager@amangwe.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>KwaZulu-Natal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amangwe Village is a non-profit organisation that aims to make a difference in the community for those who are infected and affected by HIV\/AIDS.
