{"id":49407,"date":"2019-10-04T17:11:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-04T15:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=49407"},"modified":"2019-10-03T17:57:24","modified_gmt":"2019-10-03T15:57:24","slug":"beyond-zero-bz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/beyond-zero-bz.html","title":{"rendered":"Beyond Zero (BZ) Latest Available Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Beyond Zero (BZ) has been successfully implementing comprehensive services across the HIV and TB care continuum in the Eastern Cape (EC), KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) and Limpopo Provinces in the past 16 years; targeting key and vulnerable populations including adolescents and youths, sex workers (SW), orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and men who have sex with men (MSM) and people living with HIV amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the 4 nominated Principal Recipient (PRs) in South Africa to lead and provide strategic management, oversight, monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of the Global Fund grant for the period April 2019 until March 2022, Beyond Zero is recruiting to fill the following Positions under the GF funding mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1X FFI\/Monitoring and Evaluation Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Contract duration: <\/strong>One year fixed term with possibility of extension for 3 years \u00a0depending on funding availability.<br \/>\n<strong>Anticipated start date:\u00a0 <\/strong>01 November 2019<br \/>\n<strong>Remuneration: <\/strong>Market related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishment of the\u00a0 Multidisciplinary Provincial Focus for Impact\u00a0 advisory committee ( FFIAC)<\/li>\n<li>Play the secretariat role of the FFI PCA committee.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the National advisory Committee for FFI\u00a0 at SANAC<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the FFI work into the OTP Nerve Center.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective coordination of FFI activities with key stakeholders including National and Provincial government, Local Government, NGO\u2019s, CBO\u2019s, Research Institutions, and private sector.<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with Managers at OTP support the establishment of the M&amp;E teams at District level.<\/li>\n<li>Build Capacity\/ provide training\u00a0 of the District Teams on M&amp;E and FFI<\/li>\n<li>Yearly identification of High Burden areas for use by departments to develop PIP, DIP, and MDIPS.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all FFI aspects including technical and operational management to optimize performance and outcome.<\/li>\n<li>Register FFI user\u2019s for secured access to FFI web application system at District, provincial and national level.<\/li>\n<li>Provide automated monthly, quarterly\u00a0 report to\u00a0 PCA and relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring continued and effective co-operation and synergies between government department, and local municipalities in support of timely and seamless implementation of FFI methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor FFI activities for results and maintaining frequent contact with funders about program progress and actual or potential problems.<\/li>\n<li>Attend trainings, meeting and progress review workshop as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination, monitoring and decision making in the HIV, TB &amp; STI response.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the reports of all the PR and PEPFAR funded work.
