This includes ensuring that the intervention teams working to provide HIV Testing Services and Adherence Club support reach their annual targets with quality services, contributing to the delivery of health services in the poverty-stricken rural areas of Limpopo Province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a relevant field, and post-graduate qualification would be beneficial,<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in the health sector with a focus on HIV services,<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coordinating and managing health service delivery projects with a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in staff management,<\/li>\n<li>Data management and reporting experience,<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and at least one local language,<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience and skills,<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy and report writing experience,<\/li>\n<li>Training and facilitation skills,<\/li>\n<li>A valid SA driver\u2019s license (and own car would be an advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of project targets through quality interventions<\/li>\n<li>Supervision and support to project personnel<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder engagement and resource development<\/li>\n<li>General support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates are to forward their CV and a motivational letter stating their salary expectation (with no certificates) for attention<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Officer e-mail: <strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:patricia@choicetrust.co.za\">patricia@choicetrust.co.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Tuesday, 15 October, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An internationally recognised dynamic health focused NGO, based in Tzaneen, Limpopo Province.
