{"id":49617,"date":"2019-10-17T12:59:49","date_gmt":"2019-10-17T10:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=49617"},"modified":"2019-10-17T12:59:49","modified_gmt":"2019-10-17T10:59:49","slug":"treatment-action-campaign-tac-recent-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/treatment-action-campaign-tac-recent-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) Recent Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TAC engages in monitoring, advocacy and campaigning within the health system to ensure that every person with HIV, TB co-infection and STI&#8217;s has access to quality comprehensive prevention, treatment, care and support services to live a healthy life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Provincial Finance Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0 <\/strong>Lusikisiki Eastern CapeTown<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to be is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of expenditure\u00a0 in line with the TAC\u2019s provincial budget and plans.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that TAC\u2019s Financial and Procurement Policies are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Verify the accuracy of requests\/invoices prior to submitting to finance department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all disbursement forms and supporting documents are completed, signed and submitted to National office for payments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all claims and payments are aligned to a provincial budget and coding.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient and secure filing system of\u00a0 invoices, TAC documents, photocopying and other correspondences.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all files and records are ready for ad-hoc auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor provincial bills and ensure that they are paid timeously e.g. rent and telephone expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to incoming calls, forward to the relevant individuals and action queries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a fixed asset register for the province.<\/li>\n<li>Assist provincial staff in the organising\u00a0marches, pickets, protest, treatment literacy workshops and other activities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the cleanliness of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance\u00a0and reconciliation\u00a0of petty cash.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient and effective running of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Capture membership details, verification and distribution of membership cards.<\/li>\n<li>Support the province to complete and forward M&amp;E tools to the M&amp;E Manager when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in office administration, business management or financial accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in office or finance administration.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numerical skills and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office- Microsoft Word and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working in the NGO sector.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in local languages and English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work weekends when requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send an application letter, CV and qualifications to <strong><a href=\"mailto:manti.mngadi@tac.org.za\">manti.mngadi@tac.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Friday, 18 October, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TAC engages in monitoring, advocacy and campaigning within the health system to ensure that every person with HIV, TB co-infection and STI&#8217;s has access to quality comprehensive prevention, treatment, care&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19,57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
