We are an African-founded and headquartered, christian, international humanitarian relief and development organisation currently operating in Angola, Mozambique, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Uganda and Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Country Director<\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the position is to be responsible for all the administration and implementation of JAM South Africa Marketing and promotions, campaigns, productions and marketing events.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing\u00a050%<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Marketing Team to implement Marketing Campaigns and give inputs to the Annual Plan of Action.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input for corporate tools such as customer brochures and e-tools such as website, intranet and social media<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and be instrumental in the development of productions to market the programmes of the company<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and provide inputs to those representing JAM for the effective development of donor partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Represent JAM South Africa at conferences and meetings as needed<\/li>\n<li>\u200bAdministration\u00a010%<\/li>\n<li>Assist with annual marketing budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Oversee graphic and print production of marketing and promotion clothing and materials<\/li>\n<li>Source quotations for all marketing and promo material following the 3 quote system<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate, order, manage and monitor all marketing and PR stock with effective minimum re-order levels<\/li>\n<li>Reports\u00a010%<\/li>\n<li>Weekly activity report<\/li>\n<li>Monthly activity overview<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of material for the compilation of the JAM South Africa Reporter magazine bi-annually.<\/li>\n<li>Manage JAM Annual Report project including compilation, editing, printing and distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Management\u00a030%<\/li>\n<li>Management of the marketing department staff<\/li>\n<li>Management of all marketing related consultant contracts<\/li>\n<li>Oversight of the Website and Social Media platforms<\/li>\n<li>You may be required to perform duties not specifically stated in your job description from time to time provided that such duties are related to JAM operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Languages: English is essential<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Adobe Suite knowledge essential<\/li>\n<li>Excellent office administration and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Even-tempered, highly confidential individual<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Independent worker<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work overtime<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications required<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in a creative major<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Experience required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing and Administration Management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing library databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Limits of authority<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subject to the limits of authority as described in the strategic document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resource Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cellphone<\/li>\n<li>Laptop<\/li>\n<li>3G Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment.sa@jamint.com\">recruitment.sa@jamint.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Saturday, 9 November, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joint Aid Management (JAM) was founded by Peter and Ann Pretorius in 1984.
