Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) provides for, and maintains the National Credit and Qualifications Framework (NCQF). This service involves validation of qualifications to ensure that they are relevant to industry needs, internationally competitive and comparable.<\/p>\n

In pursuit of these critical objectives, BQA collaborates with, and engages subject matter experts, who hold relevant qualifications and experience in the different learning fields, to validate qualifications before they are registered on the NCQF.<\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Invitation to Register on Database of Experts to Validate Qualifications for Registration on the Botswana National Credit and Qualifications Framework<\/strong>
\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n

The validation experts will be responsible for validating qualifications to be registered on the Botswana NCQF, as well as evaluation of learning programmes for accreditation. The validation process will be done entirely online, while the evaluation of learning programmes will be done partly online, but and will have a site-visit component for validation of resources. There will be some remuneration at approved rates for successfully completing either the qualification validation process or learning programme evaluation. Furthermore, the prospective expert will have to attend a three days compulsory training.<\/p>\n

JET Education Services has been appointed by BQA as the managing organization for the recruitment and appointment of experts. As a result, JET is managing the application process on behalf of BQA. Therefore, JET on behalf of BQA invites individuals who meet the criteria stipulated in the attchment to submit an expression of interest.<\/p>\n
