On behalf of the MRP Foundation, it manages the National JumpStart Programme, which recruits and trains, in job readiness and life skills, unemployed youth preparatory to their placement in retail stores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Western Cape<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position will be to primarily responsible for the growth and effective management of JumpStart in the province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>The proven capacity to engage with local communities<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver&#8217;s licence and a motor vehicle for use in the position.<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidate will also have at least three years&#8217; management experience and a tertiary qualification, and also be confident, innovative in his\/her thinking, aspirational and committed to the achievement of high standards of service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A written application, which must include a motivational showing the ways in which you meet the criteria set out above a current CV including the names and contact details of three referees, must be addressed to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:mandisaselolo@catalyx.org\">mandisaselolo@catalyx.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16:00 on 25th October 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Catalyx Foundation is a registered Non-Profit Company committed to socio-economic, community and people development, notably the youth.
