As part of their HIV\/AIDS control efforts, SFH is using social marketing to motivate behaviour change with respect to consistent condom use, HIV testing and other safer behaviours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (2)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Department :<\/strong> Medical Programs- VMMC<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> uMgungundlovu and Harry Gwala KZN<br \/>\n<strong>Employment status:<\/strong> Fixed Term Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Data Management:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Track and manage the flow of data at site level<br \/>\nEnsure correct versions of data collection tools are available on-site.<br \/>\nProvide training and mentoring on completion of all data collection tools, registers<br \/>\nReview data collection forms and\/ or source data for completeness, accuracy and consistency<br \/>\nCapture paper data collection forms into the electronic database<br \/>\nPerform data verification on data before entry into the database<br \/>\nProvide training and mentoring on data management systems<br \/>\nIdentify\/resolve data discrepancies by monitoring data (review data listings, perform manual checks and reviewing output in files).<br \/>\nHandle and resolve both internal at site level<br \/>\nProvide first line IT support.<br \/>\nSupport and mentor the data collection staff and capture data onto DHIS2 or provided database<br \/>\nEnsures all data is handled and stored securely<br \/>\nAdheres to all data management SOP\u2019s, guidelines and confidential agreement<br \/>\nEnsures data triangulation at site level<br \/>\nTracks and ensures all major programme indicators are being collected<br \/>\nProvide first line support to partners data collection and reporting requirement<br \/>\nGeneral Data Administration:<\/p>\n<p>Filing and tracking of all data tools received<br \/>\nCreate and maintain all data management files and appropriate documentation<br \/>\nFiling and management of all queries received electronically<br \/>\nComplete daily\/weekly\/monthly reports to keep record of the work done and forward monthly statistics to relevant role players<br \/>\nQualifications<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Statistics or Health Information Sciences<br \/>\nExperience working in the HIV AIDS and STI programme data as well as information management background<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your full application to <a href=\"recruitment@sfh.co.za\">recruitment@sfh.co.za.<\/a> All application submissions will be reviewed and considered, only the most qualified candidates will be short listed and contacted for interviews.
