In collaboration with our partners, we empower health professionals and the communities they serve to build and maintain quality healthcare services in low-resource settings.<\/p>\n<p>Through innovative research and cutting-edge programmes, our aim is to be a leader in the fight against HIV and AIDS in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: CQI Trainer <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The CQI Trainer is responsible for training,<\/li>\n<li>overseeing and evaluation of trainings to clinical mentors, partner staff and frontline facility Quality Improvement teams.<\/li>\n<li>Create a training environment conducive to providing the best possible learning experience.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps, its underlying causes and make recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Update all training materials to ensure currency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Provide management with relevant training reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training materials and manuals are prepared for training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient in MS Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of synthesizing information and presentation, knowledge of evaluation designs in HIV programs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have training experience and a passion for excellence in training.<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience in CQI training will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please email resume, relevant qualifications and professional registration and letter of interest to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Zenobia.kiewits@jpsafrica.org\">Zenobia.kiewiets@jpsafrica.org<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6 November 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JPS Africa is a non-profit organisation with the goal of increasing access to high-quality HIV &amp; AIDS prevention services in South Africa.
