Ubuntu Pathways is a 20-year-old non-profit organization based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, providing comprehensive support to over 2,000 orphaned and vulnerable children. Ubuntu Pathways has an independent school with children in grades R-4. Their\u00a0approach to education is progressive, co-constructivist and nurturing.<\/p>\n

The Ubuntu School is changing the status quo in education to create a culture of creativity and collaboration, fostering independence and supporting each child on their educational journey-while along the way, supporting each child and their family with their health and psychosocial support needs.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the position is to be\u00a0committed to implementing progessive educational models in the classroom and to supporting children in grades R-4. Candidates should have the desire to learn and grow with the Ubuntu School and constantly be learners as well as teachers, alongside the children. The hours are 8-5 pm Monday-Friday and teachers will be afforded 15 days annual leave per annum.<\/p>\n
