The person should have a strong knowledge of digital systems and user-related issues amongst poorer segments of society.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An interest in digital applications and their potential role in achieving reach at scale with our target groups in urban and rural areas<\/li>\n<li>An interest in applying human-centred design principles in the formulation\/ design of apps and pilots<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the savings group movement and digitization challenges<\/li>\n<li>Be a capable trainer of trainers<\/li>\n<li>Strong research and analytic ability<\/li>\n<li>A commitment to critical reflection and self-learning in digital innovation and systems.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be:<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Inspired by opportunities to effect change amongst marginalised groups in society<\/li>\n<li>In possession of a driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in any one of the following languages is an advantage: Tswana, Sotho, Xhosa or Zulu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u200bTo apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are one-year, renewable contracts.
