Well trained and qualified candidates with relevant skills and good communication skills and knowledgeable in Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline with relevant experience needed for this position.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Project Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: <\/strong>Under the supervision of the Programmes Coordinator<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a work plan for the GBVH project which shall guide the activities of the project to Nien Hsing and Women\u2019s Rights Watch (WRW).<\/li>\n<li>Convene meetings for the GBVH project with Trade Unions, Women\u2019s organization\u2019s and liaise with Nien Hsing.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule GBVH training workshops at Nien Hsing for Trade Unions and Women\u2019s Organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Submit consolidated written periodic GBVH reports documenting progress to WRW for the Oversight Committee of the program activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the initiation of the GBVH project through publications and the media liaising with WRW and Nien Hsing.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the GBVH project ensuring that potential problems are identified and solved early.<\/li>\n<li>Report regularly to the Programmes Coordinator and document success stories on GBVH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\u00a0Qualification\u00a0AND Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Project Management, or another related field;<\/li>\n<li>2 to 3 years successful experience working with NGO\u2019s in coordinating project or managing project in a similar context;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English and Sesotho;<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to ending Gender-Based Violence and Harassment in the workplace;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours; and<\/li>\n<li>Have attained a high level of computer proficiency, including using Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a database system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send a cover letter, detailed CV, three references and a motivation letter speaking directly to the job requirements to<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:thntlama@gmail.com\">thntlama@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"mailto:thnlama@gmail.com)\">mailto:thnlama@gmail.com)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Monday, 9 December, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Lesotho Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) is a signatory to landmark agreements with Women and Law in Southern African Research and Education Trust Lesotho (WLSA, Independent Democratic Union of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[80],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
