Job Title: Service Champion<\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Attend to Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) queries, Incoming Calls and email queries all with the opportunity to do cross selling as all agents also have a sales target.<\/p>\n

Specification<\/strong>
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022Attend to customer inquiries via Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), telephone and e-mail regarding customer support issues.
\n\u2022Ensure customer satisfaction by directly providing customers with solutions to problems\/issues according to service standards.
\n\u2022Correct transfer of clients to relevant department within Bank.
\n\u2022Update the ticketing system to ensure all data pertaining to calls and emails is thoroughly tracked and managed.
\n\u2022Actively drive own learning and development.
\n\u2022Attend to day to day issues and collect information that assists in decision making.
\n\u2022Identify cross selling opportunities as we engage with clients through different touch points.
\n\u2022Participate in outbound sales campaigns and achieve targets.
\n\u2022Adhoc duties

Requirements<\/strong>
\nEducational & Experience Requirements:
\n\u2022Grade 12 (25 points).
\n\u2022C+ in English (Grade 12 or university)
\n\u2022Excel Expert
\n\u2022At least one (3) year banking experience and one (1) year helpdesk experience.
\n\u2022Good knowledge of Flexcube System & Microsoft Products
\n\u2022Understanding of Bank products and knowledge of services of different departments<\/p>\n
