\nHandle customer complaints efficiently and expediently and escalate resolution thereof when necessary.

\nQuote journeys (product and services) accurately and timeously.
\nBook and cancel journey (products and services) accurately and timeously.
\nUtilizing the Wilderness Window to its full capacity.
\nAdminister confirmed bookings in a logical manner and in accordance with company procedure.

\n\u2022Computer Literate \u2013 Specifically MS Office
\n\u2022Proven English literacy and fluency<\/p>\n
\n\u20225-6 years\u2019 experience in the travel & tourism industry.
\n\u2022Proven experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the travel industry<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism
\n\u2022Working knowledge of TourPlan, Wilderness Window and WISH or similar booking\/operating system
\n\u2022General product knowledge on Southern and Eastern Africa
\n\u2022Personal or educational travel experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Service and result orientated. Self-starter with high energy levels.
\n\u2022Accuracy in service offering
