Job Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead and manage a team in order to produce a food-safe site, daily.
\n\u2022Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment with compliance to all statutory safety regulations.
\n\u2022Manage individual and team performance; coach and develop staff.
\n\u2022Responsible for all Operational activities in their section, including operational problem-solving.
\n\u2022Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage & downtime.
\n\u2022Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\nJob Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u2022Ideally passed Grade 12 backed by a soundtrack record as a team leader of a socially and culturally diverse labour force.
\n\u2022Able to lead and give clear instructions to team members.
\n\u2022Able to work a shift position.
\n\u2022Experience in the cleaning of food processing facilities advantageous.
\n\u2022Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in the food production industry an advantage.
\n\u2022Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.
\n\u2022Be strong operationally and manage team performance and training if required.
\n\u2022Knowledge of Cleanwize procedures essential.
\n\u2022High-Quality administrative skills required.
\n\u2022Meet key delivery dates.<\/p>\n
