Main purpose of Job:<\/strong>
\nProvide software support to live clients.<\/p>\n

Primary responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Logging of support calls via internal system
\n\u2022Call classification
\n\u2022Replication of issues
\n\u2022Customer fixes and liaison
\n\u2022Monitoring Support Dashboard and escalating issues as they arise
\n\u2022Process and system improvement in conjunction with Team Lead, Customer Services Manager and Account Managers.
\n\u2022Mobile application support<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\nMinimum qualification and experience:
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in Software support<\/p>\n

Experience \/ training that would be an advantage:<\/strong>
\n\u2022An IT related qualification.
\n\u2022Exposure to QlikView and \/ or web based software.
\n\u2022Exposure to IsoMetrix and \/ or integrated risk management.<\/p>\n
