Train, coach, develop &amp; motivate the Field Sales organisation through a team of 6 Regional Sales Development Managers <!--more--><br \/>\nEnsure a comprehensive assessment of local capabilities to inform the design &amp; execution of the capability plan. Champion implementation of Brilliant Sales Execution standards Ensure quality of interventions meet world class standards both on content &amp; delivery. Align outcomes of the Sales Capability plan to the Capability &amp; Commercial Scorecard requirements. Ensure enhancement, alignment &amp; consistency of Capability Plan across the regions. Own &amp; develop In-touch sustainability capability plan. Build sustainable relationships with RLTs\/capability network to successfully deliver the in-market capability plans within budgets\/key milestones. Work with central capability, operations &amp; customer marketing team to continuously improve &amp; maintain \u201cfit for purpose\u201d tools. Partner with HR to assess\/support the id\/development plans of talent. Continuously measure sales force effectiveness through the Sales Capability Scorecard<\/form>\n<form method=\"post\">\n<strong>Appropriate business degree\/language skills<\/strong><br \/>\n5 years sales management with demonstrable successes in leading, building and developing a team. Sales Management experience in at least 2yrs customer facing areas of Sales &#8211; Field Sales\/Account Management.<\/form>\n<form method=\"post\">\nStrong understanding of Selling Capabilities &amp; ability yo coach others in their application. Influence &amp; build great relationships across the business. Coaching track record. Change management experience. Champion sales execution. A continuous improvement mindset.
