TCN is building a dynamic team that can facilitate its leadership and service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programme Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Cape Town<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Director<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the Director.<\/p>\n<p>Programme Manager who will ensure that the organization meets its service goals effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Development and Management<\/li>\n<li>Networking and Partnership Management<\/li>\n<li>Programme Design and Development<\/li>\n<li>Human Resource Management<\/li>\n<li>Administration and Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in a health-related field with significant experience in community development and programme management<\/li>\n<li>A relevant postgraduate Degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Administration, Health Management, Human Resources or equivalent qualification would be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate Management experience in a health-related community-based organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, analytic and problem-solving abilities, and ability to negotiate; goal oriented with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Diversity management and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit your CV as well as a motivational letter explaining why you are the perfect candidate for this position, and include a minimum of three contactable referees.
