{"id":51320,"date":"2020-01-14T22:34:28","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T20:34:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=51320"},"modified":"2020-01-14T22:34:28","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T20:34:28","slug":"information-manager-notifiable-medical-conditions-vacancy-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/information-manager-notifiable-medical-conditions-vacancy-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Information Manager Notifiable Medical Conditions Vacancy 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg has an opportunity available for an Information Manager (Notifiable Medical Conditions).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Information Manager Notifiable Medical Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in computer science or information systems or health data management<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL, MS access, MS excel, .Net architecture, Microstrategy and\/or other relevant data management software packages<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS)<\/li>\n<li>6 years\u2019 experience with data management software<\/li>\n<li>6 years experience in developing datasets for further scientific analyses<\/li>\n<li>6 years of experience in generating operational and data quality reports<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of development of data driven health dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of the health systems in South Africa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KPAs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and enhance the NMC surveillance data management strategy<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the NMC databases<\/li>\n<li>Modify existing database management systems for integration into the NMC surveillance information system<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enhance existing application programming interfaces to allow electronic data exchange between data systems<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enhance NMC surveillance data reporting tools and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that should you not receive a response within 7 business days of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg has an opportunity available for an Information Manager (Notifiable Medical Conditions).
