{"id":51332,"date":"2020-01-14T22:59:20","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T20:59:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=51332"},"modified":"2020-01-14T22:59:20","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T20:59:20","slug":"invoicing-and-financial-clerk-job-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/invoicing-and-financial-clerk-job-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Invoicing and Financial Clerk Job 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Invoicing and Financial Clerk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential requirement:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Matric<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>MUST have stock capturing (GRV)<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>OR Stock invoicing within the last 5 years<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Minimum requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 relevant experience in invoicing and\/or similar role<br \/>\nBasic financial\/ accounting experience<br \/>\nPastel Accounting Software<br \/>\nGood verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nMicrosoft Office Suite \u2013 Intermediate Level \u2013 Excel important<br \/>\nAbility to multi-task and work under pressure<br \/>\nOrganised, Good time management skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Verify quotations received by Partners according to a pricelist<br \/>\nAdd the quotation to the relevant Excel Spreadsheet<br \/>\nSubmit the quotation to the Finance Manager for approval and sign off<br \/>\nOnce approved by Finance Manager prepare approved Ubuntu quotation<br \/>\nSend an email to Partner to request an invoice for the relevant POPrepare project sheet and send to Administration Clerk to issue a PO number<br \/>\nOnce partner invoice is received, verify that the pricing is correct and update on the relevant database<br \/>\nCapture GRV for the Partner on accounting system (Pastel)<br \/>\nEnsure that Partner details are correct by referring to the relevant Purchase Order<br \/>\nPrepare\/ process invoice for Partner<br \/>\nPrepare documents accurately for filing and posting purposes and submit to the Financial Administrator<br \/>\nUpdate final project sheet and send to Creditors Clerk<br \/>\nUpdate invoice details on Ubuntu database, portal and relevant spreadsheet<br \/>\nScan and email invoices to Financial Administration to send to Partner<br \/>\nLiaise with Partner in terms of queries\/ discrepancies as and when required<br \/>\nShould it be required on month-end \u2013 follow up on outstanding invoices with Partner<br \/>\nAny relevant administrative duties as and when required<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Invoicing and Financial Clerk Essential requirement: Matric MUST have stock capturing (GRV) OR Stock invoicing within the last 5 years Minimum requirements: Minimum of 3 years\u2019&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1340,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
