Specification<\/strong>
\n\u2022Selling and seeking out new clients and generate leads of prospective
\nclients.
\n\u2022Leads Generation \u2013 ensure set targets are achieved daily.
\n\u2022Sales Generation \u2013 ensure that set targets are achieved and ensuring
\nthat quality of leads and sales by achieving the required right party
\ncontract (RPC).
\n\u2022Selling one or more types of financial services and insurance products.
\n\u2022Ability to approach clients, and offer insurance.
\n\u2022Build strong client relationships
\n\u2022Attending and participating in meetings and sales hurdles.
\n\u2022 Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs,
\nproblems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products
\nand services.
\n\u2022Adhere to the non-advice selling process by ensuring compliance to
\nregulatory requirements and business process\/procedures.
\n\u2022Keep accurate record of own activities.
\n\u2022Live the RBS Way by committing to organisational values.
\n\u2022Ensure continuous professional and self-development.
\n\u2022Keep abreast of features, benefits and ratings of insurance products
\navailable on the market.
\n\u2022Share information and knowledge with the team.
\nRequirements<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric or NQF4 qualification;
\n\u2022Minimum 12 months working experience within a sales environment;
\n\u2022Experience in selling financial services and insurance products will be an
\nadded advantage;
\n\u2022Proficiency of language \u2013 English and African languages, and;
\n\u2022Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
