Job Title: Director of People and Culture<\/strong>
\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Johannesburg, Nairobi, Senegal, Cameroon or DRC,
\nAs the Director of People and Culture the incumbent will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at Greenpeace Africa. He\/She will act as a champion for organisational culture and will support the organisation\u2019s executives and team leaders, allowing Greenpeace Africa to develop and grow quickly, creatively, dynamically and effectively.
\nThe Director of People and Culture is also responsible for recognising, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity within the organisation. A significant part of the role is promoting and developing initiatives to enhance employee understanding on inclusion issues, ensuring integrity across all hubs in Greenpeace Africa. This position is a key strategic role within the organisation helping to grow and allowing us to build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Greenpeace Africa.<\/p>\n
