Job Title: Director of People and Culture<\/span><\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Johannesburg, Nairobi, Senegal, Cameroon or DRC<\/p>\n

As the Director of People and Culture the incumbent will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at Greenpeace Africa. He\/She will act as a champion for organisational culture and will support the organisation\u2019s executives and team leaders, allowing Greenpeace Africa to develop and grow quickly, creatively, dynamically and effectively.<\/p>\n

The Director of People and Culture is also responsible for recognising, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity within the organisation. A significant part of the role is promoting and developing initiatives to enhance employee understanding on inclusion issues, ensuring integrity across all hubs in Greenpeace Africa. This position is a key strategic role within the organisation helping to grow and allowing us to build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Greenpeace Africa.<\/p>\n
