As part of their HIV \/ AIDS control efforts, SFH is using social marketing to motivate behaviour change with respect to consistent condom use, HIV testing and other safer behaviours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administration Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Department: <\/strong>Medical Programs- VMMC<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> KZN<br \/>\n<strong>Employment status: <\/strong>Fixed Term Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure most efficient maintenance and logistics\/transport planning solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure licensing of motor vehicles is up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Admin Manager is informed of all activities relating to the fleet.<\/li>\n<li>Complete vehicle checks report during routine vehicle inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and update fleet management system daily.<\/li>\n<li>Active accurate reporting to the Admin Manager and performing recons and monthly reports Monitor fuel, oil and toll transactions daily and report any discrepancies to the immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor captured mileages for fuel transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Updating asset register on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor routes of vehicles on the company internal tracking programme.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure there is always adequate security and safety for the drivers and vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Conduct drivers\u2019 assessments prior to allocating them with a vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Lead drivers briefing and de-briefing sessions and ensure all documentation is verified.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient communication to drivers by issuing special instructions,<\/li>\n<li>Liaising between drivers and the workshop (services and breakdowns), responding to fleet issues,<\/li>\n<li>Receiving Stock<\/li>\n<li>Dispatching Stock<\/li>\n<li>Stock Taking<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Correct Stock Levels and Replenishing Stock<\/li>\n<li>Housekeeping \u2013 ensuring compliance with stock<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining\u00a0stock accuracy by paper trail and system requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Packing shelves<\/li>\n<li>Assist to Load Delivery Vehicles,<\/li>\n<li>Lead stock count process<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc administrative tasks within the department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate Degree in Logistics required\u00a0<em>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/em>\u00a0preferred or Supply Chain Management Degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience in logistics or general transportation experience.<\/li>\n<li>Management or supervisory experience in administration and Stock Taking and Supply Chain Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your full application to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sfh.co.za\">recruitment@sfh.co.za<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0All application submissions will be reviewed and considered, only the most qualified candidates will be short listed and contacted for interviews.\u00a0SFH is an equal opportunity employer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>07<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0February 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Society for Family Health (SFH) is a South African affiliate of Population Services International (PSI), an international NGO network operational in over 70 countries.
