They are looking for an energetic, inspiring and seasoned UX designer with a proven track record in designing and improving web applications.<\/p>\n<p>As a senior UX Designer you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the UX lead and greater team to realise our vision, mission, and values through inspiring customer-centric designs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with our product team, stakeholders and customers to design solutions that achieve customer and business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate in person, and remotely, with other product teams and a UX team that is distributed between Canada and South Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Create user journeys<\/li>\n<li>Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct user research<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing our growing design system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>User-centred design experience<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in UX design and research software such as: Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, UXPin, Optimal Workshop, and Hotjar<\/li>\n<li>Product research &amp; data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills that will assist you in presenting concepts and ideas in a way that&#8217;s simple to understand<\/li>\n<li>Working with cross-functional teams including product development and the contact centre<\/li>\n<li>A flexible approach as you&#8217;ll be required to work on a diverse range of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of HTML5 &amp; CSS3 is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years plus experience as a UX Designer<\/li>\n<li>A diploma or equivalent in the design field<\/li>\n<li>A portfolio of work done to date (please include link in your application)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row jobDetail\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<p><span class=\"uxBlack\">Desired Skills<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"leftList\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<ul>\n<li>UX<\/li>\n<li>UI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rightList\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<ul>\n<li>Design<\/li>\n<li>HTML<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for a senior UX designer to contribute to their customer centric, design-driven culture and software development environment.
