Job Purpose<\/div>\n

To service Government\/Pharmaceutical Wholesale accounts. Reconciliation of accounts, attending to queries and collecting outstanding amounts.<\/p>\n

Required Learning<\/div>\n

\u2022 Matric with Accountancy;
\n\u2022 Minimum 7 years in Credit Control department;
\n\u2022 Computer literate \u2013 Oracle\/Microsoft Office;
\n\u2022 Previous experience in similar position would be an advantage.<\/p>\n

Key Job Outputs<\/div>\n

\u2022 To provide excellent service to external\/internal customers
\n\u2022 To collect outstanding debts according to monthly\/quarterly targets
\n\u2022 To minimise bad debts through controls and procedures
\n\u2022 To reconcile customer accounts through allocation of payments and raising of claims
\n\u2022 To visit government\/customers to resolve queries<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proactive \u2013 sound knowledge of Pharmaceutical debtors accounts on an open item system (Oracle)
\n\u2022 Results and deadline driven
\n\u2022 Good communication skills
\n\u2022 Overtime \u2013 certain amount of overtime required
\n\u2022 Problem solving and decision making skills
\n\u2022 Must be able to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Customer service orientated
