They are passionate about growing the emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>Khululeka programmes include adult workshops on recognising and supporting grieving children and adolescents, and support groups for children and adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Finance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0This position is for someone who shares our vision for support of bereaved children and youth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial accounting and monthly processing to trial balance<\/li>\n<li>Payments and receipts<\/li>\n<li>Manual payroll process, deductions and all submissions and UIF processes<\/li>\n<li>VAT calculations and submissions<\/li>\n<li>SARS and statutory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Bank recons<\/li>\n<li>Financial management<\/li>\n<li>Managing company asset register<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and taking responsibility for the Audit<\/li>\n<li>Board and donor financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Budgets and costing exercises<\/li>\n<li>Other projects and work as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n<li>Minimum five years\u2019 of accounting and financial management experience preferably in the NGO sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Pastel Partner version 17, Excel, Word, SARS efiling and easyfile, Workmen\u2019s compensation.<\/li>\n<li>Good people skills and team player.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with working with different donors and stakeholders in a non-profit environment would be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High levels of integrity and honesty<\/li>\n<li>Spotless financial record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit the following to <strong><a href=\"mailto:finance@khululeka.org\">finance@khululeka.org<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a detailed CV (including ID No)<\/li>\n<li>motivation letter<\/li>\n<li>salary expectation<\/li>\n<li>a list of 3 referees relating to financial experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 28 February, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Khululeka Grief Support is a dynamic Cape Town based NGO working in the child sector.
