Find out more about the work of Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: \u00a0Stakeholder Relations Manager\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Gauteng<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is to strategically position the Foundation with all its stakeholders and proactively manage issues to facilitate the Foundation\u2019s positive image.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountabilities:<\/li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy and plans for the Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Drive the identification of the Foundation\u2019s stakeholder management risks, opportunities and threats and advise on appropriate action.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the relevant forums, influence and liaise with the Foundation\u2019s partner entities including the communications of the partner entities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain constructive relations with the Foundation\u2019s stakeholder and encourage flow of information with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Create an understanding of the Foundation\u2019s approach to stakeholder interventions<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement appropriate stakeholder management tools to support stakeholder engagements for the Foundation and its partner entities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive implementation of coordinated stakeholder engagements within the Foundation and its partner entities.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate participation of the Foundation in key industry platforms and relevant forums, including conferences and speaking opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on the effectiveness of the Foundation\u2019s stakeholder management strategies and activities<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications and Experience:<\/li>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>5 years Stakeholder Management Experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the Foundation environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organising \u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with the team<\/li>\n<li>Courteous and patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please forward your CVs to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitments@Cyrilramaphosa.org\">recruitments@Cyrilramaphosa.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 13 March, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past decade, Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation has had a remarkable impact on the people and communities in which it works.
