Range: <\/strong>Market Related \u2013 To be discussed<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Fixed Term 01 April 2020 \u2013 30 September 20210<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requiremnt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Diploma\/Degree in Nursing\/Qualification in Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Clear criminal record<\/li>\n<li>Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record<\/li>\n<li>keeping, and routine database activity Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software<\/li>\n<li>Valid Code 08 Drivers licence is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>EXPERIENCE Experienced counsellor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inherent requirements of the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in HTS program management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients<\/li>\n<li>Good problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and\/or Zulu<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Have good knowledge and understanding of HIV prevention, care and treatment, TB &amp; STI services<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Good problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the PEPFAR funded environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder Management (build and maintain relationships between the prime partner, DOH &amp; NGO\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment, training and management of CW staff<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic plan of the district &amp; sub-districts<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of IQC and PT schemes<\/li>\n<li>Asset Management &amp; Inventory Management<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management: district requirements; e.g. petty cash, fuel, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate any operational challenges and potential solutions<\/li>\n<li>Manage district teams\u2019 achievements against set targets: i.e. by modality<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate field mobilisation and HIV Testing Service (HTS) delivery within the specified sub-districts<\/li>\n<li>Develop weekly workplans for the HTS teams as well as the index testing team as well as the implementation of them<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the CareWorks Masibambane field team is managed in accordance with the programme plan and is following guidelines and protocols<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that each team is delivering HTS services in line with CareWorks &amp; PEPFAR programme requirements, understanding the difference between the targets set for general population testing and workplace testing<\/li>\n<li>Update the HTS team on venue, targets and target population, daily<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assure the HTS registers, Linkage Registers and Index Testing Registers, daily and ensure that they are submitted to the various facilities, daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To
