The Quality Audit Officer plays a key role in identifying quality trends and providing recommendations to the Governance, Risk & Compliance team on process enhancements.<\/p>\n

\nFile audits conducted on collection officer capabilities to identify trends\/training needs.
\nCall monitoring to evaluate adherence to SLA\u2019s, scripts, and legislative obligations.
\nFile auditing to evaluate adherence to SLA\u2019s, legislative obligations and internal processes.
\nEscalating any high level risks to the Direct Manager.
\nInternal reporting.
\nFormulating, managing and monitoring the Quality Management System & aligning it with legislation, ISO and our internal processes and procedures.
\nActively participating in the company\u2019s continual improvement systems.
\nLiaising with Team Leaders to communicate quality audit results.
\nLiaising with Team Leaders to ensure that staff are knowledgeable & trained in the Privacy Act and internal processes and procedures.
\nLiaising with Team Leaders to ensure all policies, processes & systems are effective.
\nTime management.
\nManaging and monitoring any Compliance breaches accordingly to the policy requirements and reporting monthly to Direct Manager.
\nDocumenting monthly report providing results, trends and recommendations.
\nConducting monthly meetings to facilitate feedback and communicating findings to direct Manager and Management group.
\nProviding recommendations on process improvements to achieve high level quality results.<\/p>\n
\nQualifications \/ Knowledge:
\nAdvanced knowledge of recoveries functions and systems
\nKnowledge of service level agreements
\nKnowledge of relevant legislation
\nKnowledge of workplace policies<\/p>\n
\nExperience within a collections role
\nPrevious experience with client liaison and understand key requirements of client service level agreements
\nExperience in operating the Microsoft Office suite and in house software<\/p>\n
