\n\u2022Performing various administrative tasks within the branch.
\n\u2022Managing and reconciliation of petty cash.
\n\u2022Daily cash balancing and management of all bank functions.
\n\u2022Managing of Debtor\u2019s enquiries, filing and follow-up on credit applications.
\n\u2022Daily fuel reconciliation.
\n\u2022Assistance with fuel receipts and reporting of defective pumps.
\n\u2022Providing excellent customer service.
\n\u2022Set up of daily, weekly and monthly inventory control schedules.
\n\u2022Carry out inventory corrections in respect of deviations.
\n\u2022Managing preparations for all stocktaking.
\n\u2022Liaise with other retail branches.
\n\u2022Stand in for Cashiers when necessary.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Grade 12 with Accounting \/ Mathematics.
\n\u2022An appropriate after-school qualification will serve as a recommendation.
\n\u2022The candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in a commercial environment.
\n\u2022Computer Literate (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
\n\u2022Must be prepared to adapt to a changing business environment.
\n\u2022Must be willing to work overtime from time to time.
\n\u2022Assisting Head Office and branch staff regarding all administrative enquiries.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans & English.
\n\u2022Courteousness.<\/p>\n
