Specification<\/strong>
\n\u2022Monitoring performance of the team (Sales, Sales Quality and Productivity).
\n\u2022Motivating and coaching representatives to sustain targets.
\n\u2022Managing overall productivity of the team.
\n\u2022Minimizing sales cancellations of the team.
\n\u2022Ensuring there is ongoing operational effectiveness and efficiency in the team.
\n\u2022Meeting and exceeding the agreed service levels.
\n\u2022Manage resource capacity and recruit high performing sales representatives.
\n\u2022Develop and build relationships with team, the community and clients.
\n\u2022Manage the day to day operations of the branch.
\n\u2022Compile reports.
\n\u2022People Management<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric or equivalent.
\n\u2022PC Knowledge (Windows essential) \u2013 Word, Excel an advantage
\n\u2022Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\u2022Proficiency of language \u2013 English and African languages.
\n\u2022Selling skills.
\n\u2022Interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022Effective written and communication skills.
\n\u2022Good negotiation skills.
\n\u2022Self-motivated and disciplined.
\n\u2022Customer service orientation.
\n\u2022Target Driven.
\n\u2022Operating in high pressured environment.
\n\u2022Excellent People skills
\n\u2022Minimum of 2 years Team Leader \/ Branch Manager or Assistant Branch manager experience in a sales environment.
\n\u2022Experience in selling Funeral Insurance and \/ or life insurance products.<\/p>\n
