\nAs part of the Employee Benefits Consulting Team, you are responsible for a portfolio of 10X\u2019s corporate clients and underlying members. This includes building and managing relationships with our corporate clients as well as supporting initiatives to further develop our services.<\/p>\n
\nKey accountabilities and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\nWe are a small team who work closely together to ensure our corporate clients receive the highest level of service possible.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Full responsibility for a portfolio of clients
\n\u2022 Responsible for building, managing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and MANCO members
\n\u2022 Accountable for client compliance with regards to Special Rules, Service Level Agreements and risk policies & retirement initiatives
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate and manage MANCO meetings with your clients<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Educate 10X members on an on-going basis through induction, annual feedback, financial wellness and retirement planning sessions
\n\u2022 Promote and educate MANCO & members on 10X tools and calculators
\n\u2022 Build strategic and operational relationships with client HR and Finance teams<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for risk brokers and enhancements working together with the 10X risk team<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Identify retirement needs of members and employers, and where appropriate promote and cross-sell 10X Products<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Work closely with corporate business development to support the implementation process for onboarding of new clients<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Attend industry-related workshops and seminar as and when required and agreed with your manager in order to obtain the required knowledge, skills and points<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3+ years experience in Financial Services, with strong performance track record
\n\u2022 2+ years experience as a Employee Benefits Consultant, communicating across a variety of mediums; group presentations, individual presentations, over the phone and via email
\n\u2022 Fluent in English
\n\u2022 Fluent in Zulu or Afrikaans preferable
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field (Economics, Business, Financial Management, Investments etc.) from an accredited University
\n\u2022 CFP, CFA or MBA qualification preferable<\/p>\n
