Based at their\u00a0Head Office, your role will be to provide continuous process improvement for the organisation to enable efficiency and scale through the implementation of technology and new processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and map business process improvements to technology requirements<\/li>\n<li>Document and maintain all business standard operating procedures, templates and forms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure uniform processes are rolled out throughout the regions and franchise network and monitor usage<\/li>\n<li>Train and support users on GROW technology and new processes<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with outsourced IT development vendors re requirements and resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Data governance and security<\/li>\n<li>Curate content on Resource Portal as well as manage access<\/li>\n<li>Develop reports and analyse business data to inform strategic decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant Tertiary Qualification<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 working experience as a business analyst<\/li>\n<li>Experience in business process improvement and project management<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate large data sets into graphic reports for strategic decision making<\/li>\n<li>Attentive to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, problem solving and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful applicant must demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence, be open to frequent change, be passionate about our cause and value diversity<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please forward your CV to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:traceycollins@growecd.org.za\">traceycollins@growecd.org.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>with a short covering note explaining why you would like to work for GROW, how your skills, experience and accomplishments meet the requirements for the position, why you believe you would be an asset to GROW as well as your remuneration expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 27 March, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GROW Educare Centres is a social enterprise with a vision to set a new standard for early learning in developing communities that unlocks Human Potential.
