The main purpose of KZNPPHC is to improve the quality of health and well-being for the people of KwaZulu-Natal through Comprehensive Primary Health Care.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assessors<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>KwaZulu-Natal<br \/>\n<strong>Remuneration:<\/strong> Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant degree \/ Diploma in Health Sciences or related field<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years in Training \/ Facilitation<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years health related experience<\/li>\n<li>Assessors qualification with ETDP<\/li>\n<li>Registration with Health and Welfare Seta for NQF Level 3 of Community Health Worker<\/li>\n<li>Registration with a Professional body<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Computer skills (Full MS package)<\/li>\n<li>Preferred &#8211;\u00a0a drivers\u2019 license and own transport will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project implementation protocols<\/li>\n<li>Overall project design, implementation and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project quality, monitoring and evaluation and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate training and assessment of learners<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine learner support visits to ensure effective implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training improvement plans and roll-out interventions<\/li>\n<li>Compile monthly and quarterly narrative reports<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain partner and relevant stakeholder relationships<\/li>\n<li>Represent KZNPPHC in meetings with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of NGO Sector, and experience in working with Community Structures<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the functioning of health care systems in South Africa e.g. DHS, PHC<\/li>\n<li>Management, Leadership, Interpersonal and excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to manage project tasks in line with set milestones<\/li>\n<li>Applied knowledge of Project Monitoring &amp;Evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a pressurised environment<\/li>\n<li>Cultural sensitivity and ability to effectively engage participants from different cultures and backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Accountability:<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be accountable to the Programmes\/Projects Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Enquiries:<\/strong> MS N Magwaza tel. 031-303 1014<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications should be accompanied by detailed CVs and certified copies of qualifications and forwarded to: Ms. N Magwaza, Acting Director, KZNPPHC,<br \/>\nP.O.
