{"id":53333,"date":"2020-03-25T18:35:41","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T16:35:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=53333"},"modified":"2020-03-25T18:35:41","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T16:35:41","slug":"project-officer-vacancy-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/project-officer-vacancy-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Project Officer Vacancy 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row jobDetail\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<p>Our client is wanting to fill the role of a Project Officer, who will form part of the Project Management Team.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will initially include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input of materials lists into SAP<\/li>\n<li>Development of WBS structures in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Generation of Sales Orders in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Expediting of material delivery dates and reporting to Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Managing delivery schedule of materials to site<\/li>\n<li>Issuing Client notifications for deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing project handover documentation<\/li>\n<li>Managing contractor Health and Safety files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric with Mathematics and Science is essential<\/li>\n<li>SAP Experience essential.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years experience in Agriculture will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Highly competent in basic MS Excel functionality<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skill<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous and methodical with good record-keeping abilities<\/li>\n<li>Able to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment<\/li>\n<li>A high level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals will be necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot and to meet short- and long-term deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent critical and creative thinking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have not been contacted within 1 week, please consider your application as unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row jobDetail\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<p><span class=\"uxBlack\">Desired Skills<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"leftList\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<ul>\n<li>Project Officer<\/li>\n<li>SAP<\/li>\n<li>Matric with Maths and Science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rightList\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Creative Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Project administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row jobDetail\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<p><span class=\"uxBlack\">Desired Qualification Accreditation<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"leftList\">\n<div class=\"contentText jsContentText\">\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is wanting to fill the role of a Project Officer, who will form part of the Project Management Team.
