{"id":53360,"date":"2020-03-25T21:31:18","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T19:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=53360"},"modified":"2020-03-25T21:31:18","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T19:31:18","slug":"ovations-technologies-ongoing-recruitment-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/ovations-technologies-ongoing-recruitment-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Ovations Technologies Ongoing Recruitment &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ovations client requires the service of a Digital Technologist to play a technical lead role in the solutioning and delivery of disruptive cloud client-driven Fintech solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Technologist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> # SFDC-0605<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect, design, implement and drive next generation system cloud architectures and automation solutions within our clients Digital Disruption Stream.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Act as a technical liaison between clients, product owners, security specialists, full stack developers and support engineers;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the digital solution\u2019s functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately managed, and the application supports the agreed product vision and high level capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership, project guidance, and business development in various emerging technology areas i.e. (IoT, Cloud, AI, Robotics, Block chain etc..)<\/li>\n<li>Prototype new Emerging Technologies in order to complement new platform adoption recommendations within the Digital Disruption Stream.<\/li>\n<li>Advise business on how to quickly translate potential opportunities into executable technology solutions utilizing existing Fintech and \/ or cloud enabled platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a change management evangelist providing thought leadership to teams within the organization on new innovative ways of working in order to further streamline the current execution lifecyle.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a customer champion, continuously advocating for a superior customer experience though out the product lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential Qualifications &#8211; NQF Level<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Advanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Experience Level<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 to 8 years line management<\/li>\n<li>10 years IT Industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using cloud technologies in solving problems, namely Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud etc\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating a proficiency across a number of diverse technologies. I.E. Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, Perl, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating a proficiency across a number of diverse technologies. I.E. Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, Perl, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating an understanding of clustered application containerization technologies, i.e. Docker Swarm, Kubernetes.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss where you have incorporated a custom or off the shelf analytics engine (Google Analytics, Omniture) into a greater solution to gather customer insights.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating an understanding of Dev-Ops and has experience with one or more tools within a continuous digital delivery lifecycle.
