Job Title: Account Manager Mining\u00a0<\/strong> The selected candidate will be required to perform their duties in the Rustenburg, Brits and Mokopane areas and must reside in one of these areas.<\/p>\n Specification<\/strong> Requirements<\/strong> <\/p>\n

\n\u2022Develop and manage relationship with a mining customer portfolio
\n\u2022Operate as a main point of contact for all matters in relation to customers
\n\u2022Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of new mines as well as the growth of existing customers in the mining sector
\n\u2022Propose solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately or products are delivered timeously
\n\u2022Liaise with the relevant W\u00fcrth Managers to ensure that customer\u2019s expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders
\n\u2022Resolve all customer problems, issues or complaints timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained
\n\u2022Involve the relevant managers with the negotiation of contracts and agreements
\n\u2022Inform the National Business Development Manager of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Matric or equivalent
\n\u20222 years\u2019 experience within the large customers development market
\n\u2022In the process of completing or already completed a Sales or Marketing degree \/ diploma from an accredited institution will be an advantageous
\n\u2022Good communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
\n\u2022Report writing skills
\n\u2022Presentation skills
\n\u2022Computer literacy – Microsoft Office suite
\n\u2022Must reside in the region of responsibility<\/p>\n
