Planning and maintaining the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.<\/li>\n<li>Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging with customers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the various communities. Monitoring the success of social media and various social communities in terms of the overall marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for stakeholder relationships both online and in-person in order to build the company\u2019s brands, both online and off.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all social media marketing including the creation, management and growth of the company\u2019s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for customer support ensuring all customer queries, questions, posts are answered as well as managing all online feedback forums.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for social community reporting and using the insights gained to improve the social strategy through new initiatives. Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Treating Customers Fairly principles by providing direction and monitoring the delivery of the TCF behaviours and outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nLevel of Education<br \/>\n\u2022Relevant Marketing\/Communication\/advertising Degree<br \/>\n\u2022Social Marketing qualification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022At least 5 years\u2019 experience in social communications\/marketing<br \/>\n\u2022At least 3 years\u2019 experience in people management<br \/>\n\u2022At least 3 years\u2019 experience managing various social platforms<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge of:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Google Analytics<br \/>\n\u2022Web 2.0<br \/>\n\u2022Sound and current knowledge of social technologies and how to use them effectively for the benefit of the company<br \/>\n\u2022Social engagement measurement models<br \/>\n\u2022Customer engagement models<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Customer-centricity<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022Technologically sound<br \/>\n\u2022Problem solving<br \/>\n\u2022Creative thinking<br \/>\n\u2022Attention to detail (quality orientation).<\/p>\n<p><strong>*SAQA Accredited Equivalent<\/strong> -It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH and its subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet the equivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) competency requirements:<\/strong> FAIS recognized qualifications \/ Regulatory Examinations \/ Class of Business Certification and \/ or CPD according to your DOFA (where applicable) -As a registered Financial Service Provider, we are mandated to ensure that all our representatives are and remain fit and proper at all times.
