{"id":53951,"date":"2020-04-20T14:31:18","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T12:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=53951"},"modified":"2020-04-20T14:31:18","modified_gmt":"2020-04-20T12:31:18","slug":"isibani-development-partners-ongoing-recruitment-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/isibani-development-partners-ongoing-recruitment-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Isibani Development Partners Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Isibani Development Partners is a South African-registered NGO, launched in 2011 to become a leading local technical assistance provider, systems strengthening and grants manager for health and social service in Southern Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Isibani has been appointed by the National Department of Health to\u00a0serve as one of the Sub-Recipients (SRs) for the GLOBAL FUND TB\/HIV program in Ekurhuleni and City of Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Radiographers<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:<\/strong>\u00a0The Radiographer will be responsible for providing radiographic chest X-ray imaging, including screening and diagnosis of TB, whilst ensuring that patients receive high quality care.\u00a0The Radiographer will deliver high quality of service to relevant stakeholders and to a diversity of patients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images.<\/li>\n<li>Position patients safely for examinations and if necessary, adapting standard techniques depending on medical conditions associated with disability, illness or trauma.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that ionising radiation (for Medical Exposure) regulations are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking quality control of checks on X-rays and associated equipment and contributing to quality assurance and audit initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Record accurate patient information relating to dose and use of consumables.<\/li>\n<li>Recording imaging identification and patient documentation quickly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any faults are reported.<\/li>\n<li>Perform necessary administrative tasks when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting and Accountability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compiling and submission of daily statistics<\/li>\n<li>Compile monthly statistics<\/li>\n<li>Producing high quality, medico legal CXR images<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supervision:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervision of sub ordinates by providing guidance to identify and address all challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring and coaching of sub ordinates.<\/li>\n<li>Debriefing or subordinates when required.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge\/skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma \/ BTech in Diagnostic Radiography<\/li>\n<li>HPCSA registration<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 working experience as a Radiographer<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CD4TB software is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of TB would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure within an NGO\/NPO environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\">Suitable candidates to send applications at<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:applications@isibani.org.za\">applications@isibani.org.za<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nSubject line<strong>:\u201d Radiographer R001\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Friday, 30 April 2020<br \/>\n<em>Kindly note only shortlisted candidates will be notified<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Isibani Development Partners is a South African-registered NGO, launched in 2011 to become a leading local technical assistance provider, systems strengthening and grants manager for health and social service in&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[89],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
