{"id":53953,"date":"2020-04-20T14:40:56","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T12:40:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=53953"},"modified":"2020-04-20T14:40:56","modified_gmt":"2020-04-20T12:40:56","slug":"isibani-development-partners-ongoing-recruitment-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/isibani-development-partners-ongoing-recruitment-3.html","title":{"rendered":"Isibani Development Partners Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Isibani Development Partners is a South African-registered NGO, launched in 2011 to become a leading local technical assistance provider, systems strengthening and grants manager for health and social service in Southern Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Isibani has been appointed by the National Department of Health to\u00a0serve as one of the Sub-Recipients (SRs) for the GLOBAL FUND TB\/HIV program in Ekurhuleni and City of Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Pretoria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong>: The Finance Administrator is mainly responsible for the disbursements function, fixed asset register, as well as raising all the documentation for the aforementioned functions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key task responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily preparation of payments and obtaining the relevant approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the PO (Purchase Orders) are matched to invoices and the billing detail verified.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any discrepancies between PO\u2019s and invoices and track expenses paid against PO\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure VAT compliance with regard to tax invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that creditor reconciliations are performed before payments are done.<\/li>\n<li>Load beneficiaries and payments on the electronic banking system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide proof of payments to the relevant customers and also provide schedules to vendors where more than one invoice is paid as one payment.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain the recurring payments schedule and ensure that the recurring payments are paid timeously.<\/li>\n<li>Daily capturing of invoices and payments on Pastel.<\/li>\n<li>Scanning and filing of all finance documents.<\/li>\n<li>Updating of Fixed Asset Register, including Asset tagging.<\/li>\n<li>Bi- Annual Fixed Asset Audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Accounting \/ Auditing or related field<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous and Analytic Thinking<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Sage \/ Pastel will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and at least one African language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><strong>To apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\">Suitable candidates to send applications at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:applications@isibani.org.za\">applications@isibani.org.za<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nSubject line<strong>:\u201d Finance Admin FA001\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Friday, 30 April 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Isibani Development Partners is a South African-registered NGO, launched in 2011 to become a leading local technical assistance provider, systems strengthening and grants manager for health and social service in&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
